Rebranding citizenM’s employee identity meant turning recruitment into a real conversation. With “We are on the lookout for people like you” as our message, we built a bold, always present visual language.

As project manager and producer, together with my team, we brought the campaign to life. Rolled out across Meta, LinkedIn, printed and in our websites, it was more than just recruitment, it was an open invitation to new talent.
